Statement of Impartiality and Commitment of Quality and Safety

EVERTRUST TECHNICAL SERVICES (VIETNAM) LTD is a professional technical organization specialized in inspection and testing services. For the purposes of ensuring the impartiality and independence of inspection and testing operations, providing the public with fair, scientific, valid and standardized inspection and testing data, fostering an inspection and testing environment characterized by impartiality, fairness, scientific accuracy, and standardized order, establishing a social image of integrity, impartiality, probity and efficiency, serving quality and safety initiatives, and fulfilling the company’s quality policies and objectives, the following statements and commitments are hereby issued:

1. Strictly abide by the requirements of the national and local relevant laws and regulations as well as rules and regulations of relevant departments. Follow the principles of objective independence, fairness and justice, honesty and credibility. Observe professional ethics. Undertake social responsibilities.
2. Strictly abide by the requirements of impartiality and independence from the parties for which we provide accreditation services. Obey the law and regulations during our services.
3. We strictly abide by Code of Integrity, and behavior fairly, not influenced by pressures from commercial, financial and other aspects.
4. Refrain from engaging in and participating in any activities that undermine impartiality, independence and integrity. Do not engage in any activity that is of interest to the testing, inspection activities, as well as to the data and results produced. Not involved in product design, development, production, supply, installation, purchase, use or maintenance activities related to testing, inspection, calibration or similar competitive projects. We provide completely independent services according to the needs of our customers. Implement the quality policy of "We are customer - focused and deliver independent, impartial, accurate, excellent services to global customers. We strive to continually improve quality and promote transparency". Provide all customers excellent services with the same quality.
5. Forgery of testing, inspection data and results of false reports shall be prohibited. Ensure that testing, inspection data and results are true, objective and accurate. Be responsible for the testing, inspection data and results issued and bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
6. Strictly abide by the agreement with customers; strictly keep secrets of customer's technology, information, data and other undisclosed information (except as otherwise stipulated by national law). Do not use customer's technology and information for business activities such as technology development, technical services, etc. The state secrets, business secrets, technical secrets and personal privacy that are known in the testing, inspection activities will be kept in the strictest confidence.
7. Make sure we establish safe and healthy workplaces and protect the environment. Fully protect all employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders, as well as physical assets and the environment from any work - related accident, exposure and any kind of damage.
8. This declaration shall be disclosed in an appropriate manner and we shall be responsible for the authenticity, comprehensiveness and accuracy of the declaration, and we are willing to accept the supervision of all sectors of society and government management departments.
