NAF无甲醛豁免

NAF是No Added Formaldehyde-based-resin 的缩写，即为不添加甲醛基胶黏剂。

这一概念由美国加州空气资源局（CARB）提出，其主旨在于控制板材的甲醛释放及对人体健康所造成的危害。申请NAF豁免的核心要求是必须是使用不添加甲醛基的树脂（胶水）生产的复合木制品，根据CARB/EPA的要求，应由第三方认证机构协助制造商进行申请，豁免有效期为两年

In accordance with CARB/EPA requirements, manufacturers must submit an NAF exemption application to a CARB approved third-party certification body. The certification body facilitates the exemption process, and the NAF exemption（Certificate） status is valid for a period of two years, after which reapplication is required.

ULEF超低甲醛豁免

ULEF是超低甲醛，为Ultra low-emitting formaldehyde的缩写，使用超低甲醛树脂来生产复合木制品的制造商应通过第三方认证机构协助申请，以放宽检测要求、认证要求、报告和记录要求。

Manufacturers using ULEF resins may apply for a ULEF exemption through a CARB approved third-party certification body. Upon approval, certain testing frequencies, certification requirements, as well as reporting and record-keeping obligations may be reduced in accordance with applicable CARB/EPA regulations.
